Institute of Cardiology Foundation was established by notarial act in 02/12/1992, to support therapeutic, scientific and educational activities of Institute of Cardiology.

The Foundation pursues its goals through

  • accumulation of physical and financial resources for the modernization and improvement of hospital treatment and work conditions at the Institute
  • initiating, organizing and supporting research in the field of cardiology and cardiac surgery and related fields
  • dissemination and promotion of the latest research in the field of cardiology and cardiac surgery
  • improving the qualifications of workers through: organizing training, financing participation in scientific symposia at home and abroad
  • supporting the use of modern and medical equipment as well as new medical technologies
  • promoting Institute of Cardiology and our Foundation both at home and abroad
