Terms of Service

 I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as „Terms”) govern use by users (hereinafter referred to as „Users”) of the website available at fundacjaanin.pl (hereinafter referred to as „Service”).

1.2. Service provider is the Institute of Cardiology Foundation, with registered office in Warsaw at ul. Alpejska 4, registered in the register of associations, other social and professional foundations and public health care facilities and in the register of entrepreneurs conducted by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000041396, NIP: 525-000-85-25 (hereinafter referred to as „Service Provider”).

1.3. These Regulations are the rules, referred to art. 8 ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Dz. U. Nr 144, poz. 1204 ze zm.).

1.4. Through the Service Provider provides services (hereinafter: the „Services”), consisting of:

a) Access to information on the activities carried out by the Service Provider;

b) Service providers support capabilities through a donations through the on-line tools payment

II. RULES FOR THE SERVICE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Access to the public part of the Service is privded for all users of the Internet without fulfilling any formality, in particular, access is not dependent on registration made by you through the Service.

2.2. To use the service it is required to meet the following minimum technical requirements:

a) Use of Internet browsers: Internet Explorer (version 8+), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera

b) Having an active Internet connection

2.3. Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical limitations of the hardware of the user, which might prohibit the use of the Service.

III. GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

3.1. User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with these Regulations, applicable law, general principles of using the Internet and the objectives of the creation of the Service, in particular, in a way that does not violate the rights of others and the rights of the Service Provider.

3.2. User is obliged in particular to:

a) use the Website in a way that does not distort its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices;

b) using the Website without major inconvenience to other users and for Service Providers, respecting personal property and any rights enjoyed by them.

3.3. In case that the User infringes point. 3.1. or permitted activities described in paragraph 3.2, the Service Provider has the right to take any action leading to compensation for the loss due to the damage.

IV. LIABILITY OF SERVICE PROVIDER

4.1. The service provider conducts ongoing supervision over the technical functioning of the Service, ensuring the correctness of his actions. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee continuous availability of web sites Service, as well as their flawless functioning.

4.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages caused by the breach by the User – in connection with your use of the Service – the rights of third parties, damage resulting from disruptions in the operation of the Service or its unavailability, caused by reasons beyond the Service Provider or events that have occurred as a result of which the Service Provider has not been able to prevent, and any other damages caused by failure with the terms hereof.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Amendments to the Regulations in force from the moment of placing them on the Website.

7.2. Service Provider reserves that the Service and any materials contained therein and information, in particular texts, navigation solutions, selection and arrangement of gift within the Service contents, logos, graphics, interactive applications, audio and video materials are the subject of exclusive rights of the Service Provider or entities its contractors.

7.3. In matters not regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code and other laws.

7.4. The provisions of these Regulations shall be subject to Polish law.

7.5. Site users can get free access to these Rules at any time, via the link found on the main page, in a form that allows downloading, recording and printing.
