The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for entering and accessing data on user’s devices for the provision of electronic services by the Administrator of the Service.

• Administrator – Institute of Cardiology Foundation, Alpejska 42, 04-628 Warszawa, NIP: 525-000-85-25, REGON: 000837583, KRS: 0000041396, providing electronic services via the Service and storing and accessing information in the User devices

• User – individual person, for which the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service

• Device – Electronic device with the software, through which the user accesses the Service

• Cookies – text data stored as files placed on a Users Device

§ 2 Types of Cookies

• Internal Cookie – files placed and readed from the user device by the Service

• External Cookie – files placed and readed from the user device by External Services

• Session Cookies – files placed and readed from the user device by Service or External Services during one session of the Users device. After the session files are deleted from the Users Device.

• Persistent Cookies – files placed and readed from the user device by the Service or External Services until they are manually removed. The files are not deleted automatically after the session ends unless the configuration of Users device mode is set to delete files after the session ends.

§ 3 Security

• Mechanizmy składowania i odczytu – Mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies does not allow to collect any personal data or any confidential information from user devices. Transfer to a User Device any viruses, Trojan horses or other worms is almost impossible.

• Internal Cookie – Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users Device

• Cookie zewnętrzne – Site Administrator is not responsible for the safety of Cookie coming from the partners. The list of partners is given in the further part of Cookie Policy.

§ 6 Ability to define the conditions for storing and accessing on Users Device by the Service and External Services

• The user can at any time, independently change settings for saving, deleting and access to data stored cookies

• The user may at any time remove any stored so far Cookies at his device through which User uses the Service.

§ 7 Service Requirements

• Limiting write and access files cookie on the user’s device may cause malfunction of some of the functions of the Service.

• Administrator does not bear any responsibility for malfunctioning of the Service functions when the user limit in any way the ability to save and read cookie files.

§ 8 Cookie Policy Changes

• Administrator reserves the right to any changes to this Policy Cookie without informing the user.

• The changes introduced in the Policy Cookie always will be published on this website.

• The introduced amendments shall enter into force on the date of publication Cookie Policy.
